There are certain websites which are trusted among cryptocurrency users. First and my favourite one is coinmarketcap. There you can see charts with price dynamics, top currencies, market capitalization and what happened to the currency in 24 hours. It is extremely useful to see what coin starts growing or falling in price. Poloniex is a site to trade different coins, there are many of them out there. You should also read discussions on this site, they help to get the general idea on peoples' attitude to different currencies.

all the margin exchanges! I'll do 2.5x on polo and 10x, 20x other exchanges too. spread coins out on exchanges in case one folds. If it's worth buying, it's worth buying on some reasonable leverage

"signales" will only cost you money my friend.
try using your own brain and try gaining some experience in the market to be able to "find signals" on your own and not rely one someone who takes your money twice : once selling you signal and once when he dumps his coins on you.

If you are looking for the bolded part, I am sure you will just fall into the wrong hands because even if its available they are guided jealously and we have seen several people selling signals even on the forum but at last its just based on predictions which could either be true or false. I will suggest you just read the thread and intelligents comments from there you can then make your decisions.

Use Poloniex, Bittrex etc, many trader buy trading signal mean's you need more money to get info what coin will up, or join the pump team and need to pay the fee too.
I suggest you to learn more and so you will have experience with trading.
