I have an unconfirmed transaction for 48 h , after my transaction was rejected by blockchain Node (Transaction rejected by our node. Reason: Transaction was previously accepted but has been pruned from our database.), but in my Electrum wallet, no update from the network (still unconfirmed transaction). how can i delete this transaction to resend my amount.

Read the ending part of the first post on the following thread: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1802212.0

Most likely, only some of the nodes have dropped the transaction and if the fee is good enough for it to be used by ViaBTC, you can post the transaction ID here, and I can pushed it back and just use the ViaBTC website (in order to accelerate it, as long as there's a minimum of 0.0001BTC/KB fee)

the problem is that the node you are connected to has your transaction, and Electrum being an SPV client only relies on those nodes you connect to. and unfortunately if your transaction is not an opt-in RBF i'm afraid there aren't any easy ways of doing what you want to do.
try connecting to another node from your network settings and restart Electrum, and see how that works.

i've had this problem but what i did was making a new transaction and just sign it with electrum but that is a bit advanced and complicated.
