Honestly, gathering a lot of funds most of the time means nothing, take Qtum, The DAO etc. some of them are scams, others are bugged etc. I believe that sometimes, In order for the project to succeed It shouldn't get over funded.

I also shared that opinion but any over funded project can also have some silent advantages which the investors discovered that lead the token funding to go viral and that is beyond the control of the token project dev.

Just like life itself, we have positive and negative, the good and the bad etc, the excess funds should have made the company to perform better and not the other way around but it depends on the individual and their mind set.

All said and done, this should not stop the crowdsales and project funding dreams.

The one that i still remember is DAO, that forced ETH to get hard forked and many investors to loss millions of $. It have been a good example of how a developer team behind any project is important rather than the amount they can get during crowdfunding.

We can see so many wrong and good things about various tokens but it depends on the individual or team are they constructive or destructive ?

Thus the beauty of this token is that the price can be more than the main mother and the acceptance can be widely and quick;y spread even more than the real COIN.

Crowdsales can be very resourceful when used constructively.

thanks for the list but i feel the way the cryptocurrencies have been categorized does not put into consideration when btc prices were

either high or low to show a true picture of how successful the ICO was....

That's a good point, But a good project will be getting his value through his project development and especially if they can deliver the product for the public crypto and it will give them a lot of money.
DAO is the human's fault. They're making a buggy code that can be infiltrated by the hacker and stole a lot of the money.
The development process is really important than the total funding has raised by him.

As far as i can notice the amount must have been tagged to the btc value as at the time of the ico in fact, i assumed they made the best option by converting it to USD in order to give it a stable value because the funds raised most have estimated value for accountability purpose.

Assuming 800 btc was raise 2 years ago, the value then in USD will be smaller compared to today's value.

Thank you for the good luck wishes.

Without any doubt i know i am replying to the comment made by someone that just turn 18 or lower than that but i will still reply because i want everybody to open their mind to the opportunities that are waiting to be tapped if they can think outside the box.

There are lots of potential in this industry provided you are legit and can think straight and not to have a potato mentality.

It is not a must that you should patronize me but get your life together and make something meaningful with your life and stop chasing after the shadows.

Let me know if i have wronged you in any way and we can make amendment but dont call a service you have not tried a scam.
