I read the first ANN page but i still don't understand exactly what you are trying to achieve with this project. Few statements about privacy , decentralised DNS caught my attention but we already have lots of coins which offer really good privacy features , also for DNS we have Namecoin for example. So please give noob a small summary. Thanks !
There are several different types of Bitcoin clients. The most secure are full nodes like Bitcoin Core, which will follow the rules of the network no matter what miners do. Even if every miner decided to create 1000 bitcoins per block, full nodes would stick to the rules and reject those blocks.

Any luck for Dynamic/Seq to get on any other exchanges. I am surprised that they are only available on Bittrex.

This is probably by choice looking at their strategy

Send Dynamic to Bittrex in the evening of the 27th and wait until the swap is over. Not to difficult Cheesy

If you want to be more careful you may want to send early on the 27th, just because the EXACT time was unknown (last I heard). If you miss Bittrex you can still be helped after, but from what I understand Bittrex is the easiest solution.

Hello.

There is no agreement with developers and Bittrex regarding this swap and any work involved with Bittrex.

Developers please contact Bittrex.

Thanks,
Julian (c/o Bittrex)

All,

The Bittrex wallet has been turned off at the request of the development team. This was done to protect the coin and community. While this is earlier than planned, your coins are safe. If your coins are on Bittrex that is ideal. If you didn't send your coins in time, or if you sent your coins after the cutoff, don't worry your coins are safe.

Please follow these steps if your coins are not on Bittrex.

Create an account at:
https://duality.solutions/login
Send your DYN to the account's wallet
The duality team will follow up with instructions.

Thank you for your support and please be patient with the support team. It will take a considerable amount of time to get to all requests.

Thank you,

The Duality Team

Is the new coin that is being swapped for the current Dyn going to start from the genesis block again?

So if it keeps the same chain but follows different rules it is a hard fork.

Why call all the coins to an exchange to handle it if it is the same blockchain?

I do not understand the logic in a coin swap, there will be people left on the old chain and the new chain will be exploited at some point, spoofed NTP servers or something like that, are we going to coin swap every time?

If anyone ends up stuck on the old chain with redundant coins give me a shout.
