So I am the noob aforementioned. I am doing my due diligence on this company. Can you give me an idea of the validity of this organization. Their product offering is might bit heady and I'm trying to understand at the stupid level (now not that stupid I do have a Masters degree).

I tried to make my way through the whole pile of information here. But there are a few things I don´t get.

Is the dynnode anything like a normal MN or something different?

And what profit do I have by holding DYN in regards to SEQ?

Put it this way:
to make a Dynode you need 1000DYN plus the fee for a transaction in your wallet and then you can set up a Dynode
your coins stay in your wallet and returns are 14.6%/year so you will get at least 146DYN/year

If you put the same amount elsewhere... you do the math
Don't think in dollars or other fiat money, think in DYN, you'll be happy when the dust settles from BTC madness

I withdraw some coin from the swap wallet https://platform.duality.solutions/ to my Dynamic wallet V. 2.2.0.0 (latest release), but no coins received in my wallet?

Yes:  SEQ is only PoS
You can mine DYN or setup dynodes to get rewards
no official pools yet
on a long run with built in wallet miner you'll get a little bit higher rewards due to pool fees and efficiency
