Every time I click on a link from reddit, twitter, or anywhere to a Mt Gox support desk link, I get the following message:

Request not found

You do not have access to request #<number>. It may have been solved or deleted.

It happens whether I'm logged in or not. What am I doing wrong? It's driving me crazy! Cry
