I use mine as a print server for my non-networked printers.
Also I have 4 others:
2 are being used as an XBMC,
1 opens and closes the garage door  remotely
and the last one I use as a thin-client to my servers.

I recent got 1, I use it mostly for XBMC so far, but I've also experimented with using it to run my FPGA's.

Once I got a bit more free time, I'll acquire more of them, so I can single purpose them.
I'm sure once I got more, I might have some fun running a simple home file server.
