Rupee is the name of an altcoin the OP has created/forked. The OP has made different threads of multiple needed services and he pays in his own currency, which is basically worthless at the time of speaking.
@OP I recommend to have a startup budget to pay people in bitcoin or fiat, otherwise I don't see this Rupee coin become a big success.

Rupee just started its journey and I am sure it is going to do well because mining BTC is not an easy thing for everyone. RUP designed based on BTC but the difficulty enables most of them can mine and btw the market just started at 400 satoshi and it's already stability at 100 Satoshi people started supporting RUPEE and it's easy to exchange too.
I wanted to setup a pool for miners and IAM providing vps and also RUPEE for just setting up the pool for Rupee miners.. as simple as that.
Hope you understand and support rupee.
