I made this post because they are total shit right now.. I have had a case where I tried to deposit money using their card to a betting website but the betting website did not receive the money so my balance was not updated. I have opened many tickets for this and to this day they can't respond to tell me where my money went it's been more than a week now their support is total shit. now I have sent 100$ worth of bitcoin to another address from my account on their platform and it seems they did not calculate the transaction fees right causing my money to get stuck on unconfirmed for about an hour now.

Wirex and any other bitcoin debit card services are only centralizing bitcoin. There is no difference between wirex and mastercard(visa) because they actually use MC/Visa. If you are to use MC anyway why the fuck you need Wirex for? Don't pay for these scams.

You have to wait till viabtc will mine another block and they mine almost 5-6 block per day atleast. So you now don't have to wait for days or your transaction will not drop from mempool. Just wait few more hour, when viabtc will mine block you will get confirmation.

Why don't you use cash? Or your credit card? Bitcoin is good if the seller accepts bitcoin. If he/she doesn't want bitcoin, you need a middle man like wirex to get shit done. And  guess what... That middle man pays mastercard/visa to get your shit done and you pay him to get your shit done, means that you pay for something free.

Either find the sellers who accept bitcoin directly, or stop insisting on using bitcoin.

wirex charges 30% fees from BTC to USD card.

this is not only shit, but SCAM.

scamming 30% from one millions of members (as they claim) they should at least have decent agents for reply my tickets, but nah tickets still pending for weeks.

I do believe so. I do not like wirex at all because the term are very stupid and minimum deposit is $10. Other debit card services only require users to pay less than $2 to generate their card. WIREX ARE TOTALLY SUCK
