Most coins are but some have developed ASIC mining rigs intended for specific coin or rather algorithm.

2.Where I can find which coin how does He mined?
BTCitcoin: https://en.bitcoin.it/wiki/Mining and https://99bitcoins.com/beginners-guide-to-mining/
Altcoins: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=160.0

3.And is there an special company that cam produces special chip ( As ASIC for bitcoin? )
Yes, here's a list of those (it's outdated but it shows the names): https://en.bitcoin.it/wiki/List_of_Bitcoin_mining_ASICs

1. Only some hash function like scrypt/X11/X13/Lyra2RE are good with GPU mining
2. Here : http://www.coinwarz.com/cryptocurrency
3. Yes many just use google Wink
