Based on the video, it doesn't look like anything special, just seems to make a bet, randomly pick one tile, and repeat. Since there is a house edge, you can't really expect to win in the long run.

Oh, and the so called "free" version (and I'm guessing the paid version as well) is a virus.

All to common! The same theme for every gambling script, bot, strategy or whatever that involves this kind of stuff. All for the referral or a few dollars in their pockets. But really, these things do make a profit for the creators as it does trick a few people into believing them. Mostly newbies fall for this as they haven't learned that there is no such thing that can beat a casino.
