Node Error - Newbie

There was an error with a node and now my wallet says it's online but will not go past that node. 

What can I do?

What wallet are you using? What exactly was the error?

I downloaded the latest version of Bitcoin Armory.  After that download, my wallet worked for the 1st time in 2 years.  I feel like I'm so close I can almost taste this finally working for me.
