Bitcoin Client Software and Version Number: 0.14.1
Operating System: Windows 10 64 Bit
System Hardware Specs: Intel i3770k, 32 gig RAM, 2 TB HDD, 600gig free
Description of Problem: Every time I boot up Bitcoin Core I get "Error: A fatal internal error occurred, see debug.log for details"
Any Related Addresses: Not having a problem with transactions, it won't boot.
Any Related Transaction IDs: N/A
Screenshot of the problem:

Log Files from the Bitcoin Client:
My wallet wasn't up to date. I left it running to update, and it was fine for a few hours, but then I got an error. I've reinstalled Bitcoin Core and that didn't fix the problem. The debug.log file is (in total) like 10 meg, so I've just included the entry from the last time I booted it. I have no idea how to fix this. I've tried reindexing and that seems to be ok for a while, but the error returns. Please help.

Where?

I don't see any output from your Log File... without showing us what is in the debug.log file, we have no way of knowing what your issue is... :/

Is the error actually "database corrupted"?
If so you could try backing up your wallet.dat file, wipe the bitcoin core files and let it sync again.
I'm not familiar with windows but when reinstalling you probably didnt wipe the %APPDATA% files.

The cause could be a very bad poweroff (like the power went down while bitcoin core was running) or
a faulty hard drive. Reindexing or simply wiping the various files (except wallet.dat ofc) should fix it.
At least thats what worked for me when it happened time ago.
