what is real for hash and how can i know my real hash for any pool ??

claymore charges fees  so  800 x 2 percent fee is about 784   

784 is close to 778

to see perfect numbers  in your case 784 over and over and over would be hard.

the best you can do is to expect  a flux  like 760 to 810

you won't ever be perfectly sure  if you are getting every penny you should get.

Make sure you give it some time to stablize as your avarege hashrate may take up to 24hrs to be accurate , also any downtime during this 24hrs will affect your avarege hashrate (not your earnings) you will see a false hashrate , you need to run your miner for 24hrs at least non stop
