Have >1 mining machine - Create pool?

HI,

Im very new to mining...

I currently have 3 mining machines, all using Claymore mining 9.3 GPU

Should I:
1. create a pool using one of the machine, and point the other 2 mining machines to the pool, OR;

2. just have all 3 mining machines pointing to the us ethereum pool?

If I should go for #1, can I use p2pool.com together with claymore mining 9.3?
