Bitcoin mining is now a specialized and very risky industry, just like gold mining. Amateur miners are unlikely to make much money, and may even lose money. Bitcoin is much more than just mining, though!

Are your fees by satoshi/per byte.

According to https://bitcoinfees.21.co/, you need to pay at least 181 satoshi per byte to have a fast confirmation.

Still, your transactions will get confirmed but it may take up to 540minutes. I saw you already waited 24hours, don't worry they will get confirmed eventually.

Before sending any bitcoins again, check the ongoing fees here: https://bitcoinfees.21.co/

Oh it's really simple.

They all have very low fees of only 44 satoshis per byte while the suggested ratio is 200/byte
according to https://bitcoinfees.21.co/

Anyway. I used viabtc to try to accelerate your transaction.

And read this thread to understand why transaction could ever get stuck

Like mindrust said, the problem here are extremely low transaction fees. I see pattern here. 0.0001 BTC fee was an old value used by wallets in the past.
It was enough to process every transaction like 2 years ago. Not anymore, I don't know if you changed your fee manually to that value or are using old version of wallet.
Either way, change your wallet to new version of Bitcoin Core or Electrum (recommended) or edit fee manually for your next tx.

The answer of your question depends on how big your transaction is. Or how many inputs your wallet address got. So it is not possible to name an amount. People may end up paying 10$ as a fee because they had too many dust income. But it is usually around 1-2$ nowadays.

To be on the safe side, you should have paid at least 4 times of what you paid in your transactions you posted before. (which is around 0.60-0.80$)

can you suggest to me a better offline wallet without need to download new blocks every time start

try using Electrum, for me it is much better specially if you don't want to download bitcoin blocks on your computer coz of very large files, it only takes some minute before you are able to send bitcoins tho but still much better than other wallets
