Why do you only offer 60% percent? Prepaid VCC's are like cash,so this is a huge ripoff. You will only get carded stuff here.

1. Prepaid VCC is not exactly like cash, as you cant go to ATM with it.

What actually you want to do with all these different credit cards?
I saw a post somewhere where it was discussed that any money spent once from a cc, can be used/shopped again!  Is it possible?
