I'm trying to withdraw my funds from Satoshi Mines but it keeps showing me this error: "The bitcoin address supplied to make payment to is not valid. Please double-check it." I tried many bitcoin addresses, but it simply DOESNT GO! I don't know what else to do! i'm pretty sure my bitcoin address is correct! Anyone else facing this issue??

I already double checked it. I tried to make the withdraw with 5 differents btc addresses. All of them are correct! :-( sometimes having a space before the address makes an address invalid for some sites in withdrawals, double check it again and/or try using non multi sig address if you are using addresses that starts with 3

Also I think they cheat. For some much to convient reason when you go all in or very close to it you lose. Now I realize this is possible but it seems to follow a trend. I say stay away. It's up to you though. I never enjoyed playing there. It is a fun game though. Why not try yolodice out ? Very good support you will never have withdraw issues.

Is it your first try of withdrawal in the site? If no and you have the same address you've used on your previous successful withdrawals, then only the support can help you so better wait for the reply. If it is your first try, maybe zupdawg is right about multi sig address. Are the addresses you've tried multi sig or not? Some sites doesn't allow it and consider as invalid (based on my experience on other sites too).

Yes. Most of the sites wont help much if you are cashing out for the first time, they will just ask you to double check your address. If it was the same address where you have got a payment from them previously then it may be a problem with them. Update with the next happenings in your case and let everyone know.

I have played there before but I stopped. I never had any problems withdrawing but I know the support sucks because you never see them in the forum, do they even have an account here ? They don't seem to reply to emails and now reading what is going on here with the OP I can see it is true.

I recently withdraw 1M satoshi yesterday and I don't encounter any error. Maybe their hot wallet is already on the time you withdraw. But now the site withdrawal is functioning.

Not so sure though if OP has already been able to withdraw, as he has not replied to this topic anymore. Maybe satoshidice has already fixed his problem and they have all moved on and forgotten about this thread. Best of luck to both of them if it has not yet been resolved.

It would have been nice if OP would have posted his experience and outcome with his withdrawal of funds. It would have been a tutorial for the others who fall into same problems.

Good to see that your problem has been solved now and the admin apologizes also. There is no perfect site, there will be always be problems or glitches that the site may encounter anytime.
