Anything less than $100 is a good price (still 1/4th of Bytecoin which sucks..)

not a fan of bytecoin but zencash just started so they still have to prove they can build the tech. the idea is interesting though I got some zencash from the swap waiting patiently but think its gonna take some time

In my opinion, if Zcash tech could proves a good use case, for Zcash Fork with better enhancement it will just add value to the coin itself

So the price will follow the trend of Zcash but it wouldn't hit 100% of its price tho

Like I posted in the other thread. The launch is pretty shitty. But when price drops below $10  it may be a good buying opportunity. $10 would "only" be $15 million market cap... There are lots of worse projects with higher prices out there.

If they get their shit together it may turn into $75+ quickly.

I'll hold my fork-coins and rebuy at low prices for speculation.
Typical high risk/high reward situation.

- they finally fixed their client and mining
- Eleos GUI wallet for Windows and Linux is out (it's pretty cool I just transfered my first coins there)
- Bittrex trading is now open


I've been a bit bearish because of the launch issues, but that changed quickly.

This may be the Monero killer. Bright future indeed.

I think that we should all contact Ledger and ask for them to integrate Zen support into their wallets - I would think it would be easy to do as they already support Zcash and it would definitely increase the exposure and legitimacy of Zen!

This is interesting... ZEC on Alphabay July 1st will most likely pump... This is the test to see if ZEN pumps with it.

I'd rather hold 1,000 ZEC this month. If ZEN fails the pump test, then dump it and don't look back.

Long ZEN for the following reasons

1. recent price dislocation cuts the market cap to 14.7M as of current prices https://coinmarketcap.com/currencies/zencash/

Some of the popular crypto currencies on this chat board have market caps exceeding 9B (Ripple I am looking at you). Its simply impossible for a 100x gain from current levels.

2. transparency of management
a) very active slack channel, https://zencash.slack.com/
b) white paper and road map readily, available https://zencash.io/assets/Zen%20White%20Paper.pdf

3. feature set includes private transactions, encrypted messages and publishing capability

This means we can use Zcash, Monero and Verge as possible examples for possible future price performance over the long run. In the short run we could have continued price volatility.

The only two names I am buying at the moment are ZEN and VIA.
