2. You pay ALL the fees.

3. I also :

a. offer a no clawback or non reversible policy.and

b. the right to cancel the transacton for any reason whatsever.

5. I will then endeavour to complete the transaction in less than 5 minutes.

No clawback policy.   That's laughable.   This whole attempt is laughable.   Escrow is useless with PP transactions because you can chargeback afterwards.   If you'd read any threads here you'd know that.

Paypal is a shit company that will reverse the payment easily. A "no clawback policy" is useless, as why should we trust you? Moreover, you want a 1:1 exchange rate? That is way below the average standard here.

It's still a risk for the other party to accept paypal payment specially from a newbie member with no trust yet plus most exchangers here that are trusted usually do a 10% off for their paypal. ie $1,000 paypal = $900 worth of BTC
