its hard to say I'm at work at the moment. The backup document has a QR code on it, and also 24 or so characters arranged in groupings of 4.
If I reinstall the armory it is also able to get the data you may need from me.
I found this "Wallet Properties>Backup this wallet>See other backup options>Export Key Lists then click the button Export Key Lists."
So you should do that from armory, then look for your public key from there and copy the private key and install electrum from
https://electrum.org/ then on startup it asks for wallet creation way, select private key option and paste the private key of the public address you sent bitcoins to. You will be able to send them instantly to another address, but i recommend electrum since it is easy to use and you do not have to store the whole blockchain, since the electrum nodes are storing the blockchain for you, but you locally own the private keys still.
