Your transaction is having a very low transaction fees which is 5 sat/byte, if you are lucky enough it will go through but will surely take so much time. The best you can do now is wait for the transaction to confirm.

The problem analysis and potential sollutions can be found here: http://mocacinno.com/feecheck.php?txid=0f8197251408b3c6913eb8812a63469db37566b237329b671bf33088feb285adSummary: in your case you can: -wait-pay off a miner (but you cannot use viabtc, since they don't allow transactions with less than 5 sat/bye) -since you're the sender, and there is no change address, you cannot do a CPFP (unless you're also the receiver) -you can still double spend one of the unconfirmed inputs in a new transaction-it seems you didn't opt-in RBF, so you can't do that either

I you do not want to wait for a longer time, you can pay $4.50 here http://pushtx.btc.com to have your transaction confirmed just within an hour. This is a paid service but works well as described

This is a paid service but works well as described Just tried but it required to pay via Alipay only.Any help sir ? Both the users in this quote can confirm transactions for a fee. Try contacting them. They will probably require a higher fee than in the example because the network's overloaded, but it shouldn't be too excessive. You can contact either quickseller or macbook-air and offer a small payment to get your transaction confirmed fast. This quote gives an example of how much they charge... I faced a similar issue a few days back transaction not getting confirmed due to low fee but user "QuickSeller" got my transaction confirmed in minutes when I sent him 0.0001 BTC. He has access to some pool . PM him.
They can get F2Pool to confirm your transaction, so when it mines another block your transaction will probably get confirmed. You can see the times it mined its latest blocks here. https://blockchain.info/blocks/F2Pool

but weird, the date changed from the 15th to the 19th any ever hear of that? I know I requested the withdrawal on the 15th approx 830p est
Something is rebroadcasting your transaction, hence the new date... what wallet are you using? (with a 120 sat/byte fee, I'm guessing blockchain.info) As for your transaction, your fee was way too low. The current recommended fees are much higher (and have been for a number of days now): The fastest and cheapest transaction fee is currently 300 satoshis/byte The current best transaction fees 238 Satoshis/byte | 0.00238 BTC/KB Goto this link: http://www.mocacinno.com/feecheck.php?txid=eb4bbc38b826858fdfc1db05d0888b38a5484199620762d1cf7f20513664f7c9It has a number of options available to you for getting your transaction confirmed (both free and paid options) Additionally, your transaction spends an input from an unconfirmed parent transaction. Until this parent transaction confirms, there is zero chance your one will: https://blockchain.info/tx/dc88d2e896c919ab31234ffb06be45b9dccc1d486ec3274a9d48636e1c65b250NOTE: If you attempt to use the ViaBTC TX Accelerator... you will need to accelerate the parent transaction first.

seems you have unlucky, you have set fees enough, but still waiting pickup by miners. i got same issue, have been 4 days, unconfirmed. but there is nothing best option for now only waiting How do you conclude a fee of 120 sat/byte would be sufficient... The transaction is 2145 bytes, the optimal fee at time of writing is 300 sat/byte ( https://bitcoinfees.21.co/) 2145 bytes*300 sat/byte = 643500 satoshi's = 0.006435 BTC, since the poster only payed 0.00258, the fee is insufficient... my blockchain.info wallet transaction finally went through after 11 days on its own
I never had a problem with blockchain.infoi auto-calculating the fees for transactions before
I also never saw the message to up the fees to speed up the transaction option ... which I did do when i requested the transfer
if you ask me $5 usd for a $50 usd transaction is expensive fees
