How do I use my bitpay account to receive ACH / bank transfers and how do I send ACH through my bitpay account, I understand I can use my bitpay account for these purposes. Would appreciate some response. Thanks in advance.

Some information is available here as well bitpay[dot]com/docs/settlement. The best way to get the precise answer is to get in touch with Bitpay using this link: help.bitpay[dot]com/.
