Just a newbie question here.
So I've been using Nicehash to mine coins using my gaming laptop. Now I'm considering to buy a decent graphics card to use for eth mining. I'd like to know your thoughts, especially to those who have tried both Nicehash and the traditional mining, where do you think can I maximize my mining power? Is there a difference in terms of eth hash rate if I mine using hash or if I mine using genoil's (joining a pool), etc.?

DON'T MINE WITH A LAPTOP. This has been mentioned here at the forum like thousand times. It is not a sensible idea.

Get some proper low-cost desktop PC with high-end GPU cards and look for altcoins like Ethereum, Zcash... and maybe compare them with Nicehash mining.

Go to the altcoin section to find out more.
