Best way to swap large amounts of BTC to LTC / BTC to LTC.

What is the safest and quickest way to switch between LTC and BTC or BTC to LTC ?
I am looking to do considerably large trades.

Shapeshift is a JOKE! They take hours to complete exchanges and even worse sometimes they just refund you minus hefty fee's. For no reason!
Poloniex look they are becoming the new Mtgox. As they are refusing withdrawals.

Gdax? They're not without their issues too but at least there's a good chance you won't be goxed.

Bittrex has been solid for me too.
