I'm planning on sending them 1 BTC then lend it.
Do they have a lending guarantee like Poloniex has?

Never heard of them and i read about bitcoin a lot so i woudn't trust them yet.
Use trustworthy services that are on the market for years Poloniex in ur example is on the market long time.
Don't risk man, lending is VERY risky too.
