Has anyone actually successfully received help from BTC-e's support in unlocking and accessing his account? Initially, the support was very helpful and quick to respond to me, but after I had submitted all the necessary documents and proof that I am the legal owner of my account, they've stopped responding to any of my support messages as of 4 days ago. Even when I try to submit new inquiries, support has completely stopped responding to me. To anyone who had actual success in having support unlock his account, what did you do or say?
