i don't think so, but bitcoin can go to 3k to 5k, litecoin can go to 0.1 maybe, which is a very good price if bitcoin go to 3k or 5k
i think many forget that when bitcoin increase against USD all the alt increase too without doing nothing

Segwit implementation will create a hype to litecoin, this will bring a lot of exposure and interest but I think it is up to the litecoin developer to convert this interest into a community.  I would say price will boom if segwit is implemented.  Lots of people are excited about it.
