Poloniex sucks.. with a third "DDOS attack/freeze" causing everyone to panic sell. Yes, it was frustrating, but XRP crashed all three times the website went down, but then went back up even higher. XRP is low now, and just within last 15 minutes, its going up again. Buy now and hold, and set a stop limit. Youll buy low, and if it does drop again when its high, it will sell high.

It really looks that way for me XRP is made for pump and dump being a centralized currency I hate to see this coin in that position for a very long time,because people really likes quick profit,I still prefer Bitcoin,litecoin,eth and monero on top.

Best time to buy is over my friend and that was last week when Ripple was at 2.5K, current price is too risky and vulnerable to get it, you can see a huge dump any time now as was seen yesterday.
But Ripple is a long term investment anyways so if you can wait and are patient enough, then you can invest any time as it is sure to bring profit in time.
