Freitag bis Montag.
Ich hatte Mittwochs eine Mail bekommen, das eine Komponente erst Montag wieder lieferbar sei von deren Großhändler und dass meine Sendung dann Dienstag käme. Scheinbar habe sie sie doch noch Freitag bekommen, weil da ging meine Sendung raus.

Es ist gut, dass ich nicht mehr "gekauft".
Der shop ist ein gutes Konzept, und ich kann mit groesseren Preisen leben, aber wenn man ignoriert Emails...

Ich habe letzte Woche innerhalb von 40 Minuten Antwort auf meine Mail an info@e4btc.com bekommen. Allerdings von der Adresse info@bitcoinsberlin.com. Ist die Firma die hinter der Webseite (und anderen) steht. Vlt mal da anklopfen?

Well, the previous people that posted here said that they got what they ordered and 1 guy is still missing his refund.
But didn't try them out so can't say much.

They are legit, and orders are coming through to Europe. As no surprise the shop is an intermediary to some german retailer. Just a little experience with handling things should help, some minor glitches with the service for me. Anyway I wish the guys all the growth, and will probably order more again.

Nachdem Bitspend seine Aktivitäten suspendiert hat und Bitsumo mit dem Einkaufen in Europa Probleme hat, habe ich Mittwoch all4btc ausprobiert.

Erstmal lässt sich die Seite mit NoScript garnich bedienen, als ich dann NoScript ganz abgeschaltet habe, führte meine Bestellung zum folgenden Ergebniss:


Daraufhin informierte ich die Jungs, dass sie doch mal auf den Code schauen sollten.
Im Nachhinein hätte ich das glatt 5 x bestellen sollen und mich wegen fehlender AGBs freuen sollen.

Am Donnerstag Morgen war der Fehler dann behoben und ich hab meine Bestellung abgeschickt.
Eine Bestätigung oder Email gabs nicht.

Gestern gegen 17 Uhr haben die sich dann gemeldet, ich soll doch noch 10€ Versandkosten bezahlen, obwohl hier fett und breit Versandkostenfrei steht:

Ich habe daraufhin um eine Rückerstatung gebeten.

this is just not fair! Why are you blaming us that we are a scam? We refunded you every little satoshi! And you write stuff like that here in the forum.

We want to make a statement here:

1. You switched your javascript off, so that the programm couldn't work properly on your computer. We had several orders around the same time, so that was not our fault. And we processed all of the orders without any problems.

2. You contacted our support at 10pm (our office is closing at 6pm) and we wanted to help you, so we kept on writing with you until late, AGAIN only to offer you a good service. (Of course our programmer was not around at that time so that we could answer everything. We appologized for that many times)

3. You told us, that it is shipping free. We tried to order your product in any way possible and the result was 7.99€ shipping and 1.5€ insurance. We can do screen shots of the fact. What do you want us to do, just give you the 7.99€ as a present? What would you do if you were us?

That really sucks, we worked really hard the last half year to make all our costumers happy, we invested so much time and passion and now people like you try to ruin it.
