【环球网报道 实习记者 王晨】据韩国纽西斯通讯社5月9日报道，韩国星州郡金泉市527名居民8日联名向韩国宪法法院提出临时禁令申请，要求“中断‘萨德’装备运入”。

　　当地居民表示，韩国政府在驻韩美军部署“萨德”的过程中，剥夺反映国会和公民意志的机会，“萨德”部署进程也不顾周边居民的强烈反对一意孤行。

　　居民们指出，部署“萨德”违反合法程序和法律原则，同时侵犯当地居民和平的生存权、健康权、环境权以及职业权等基本权利，是公权力违反宪法的行为，要求宪法法院裁决“萨德”部署(决定)完全无效。​​​​
