The good thing about Inpay is that the team behind this is willing to shoulder all the expenses until they see to it that this project is actually functional.
Unlike many others, they hold ICO with the main goal of getting as much as btc for themselves.

I agree. Too many ICOs these days just willing to get easy money and postpone development for long term.

Different blockchains for different purposes. ETC has smart contracts to develop main features of Inpay and Waves adds ease of use and trade. Main benefits are listed in OP.

There are two separate InPay tokens: on Waves blockchain and on Ethereum Classic blockchain. Each has 10M coins in supply. Users can easily send coins from one blockchain to another. It's can be done through the exchanger. Unfortunately Waves does not support smart contracts, but Ethereum Classic does! And we can use Ethereum Classic blockchain for voting, aliases, etc.
For exchanges and trading we will use only token based on waves.

In 1 chain only 10mln tokens and you can not use ETC tokens for trading.
