electrum sticking all payments

i used my electrum wallet after many months but its the same old electrum wallet installed in my laptop for a long time, never re installed

made 30+$ payment yesterday it kept pending with 0 confirmation for 10+ hours then made 2 other payments , all are stuck with 0 confirmation

for first payment i paid fee i think default electrum fee structure i used, once it got stuck i read here and then CHECKED "use dynamic fee" for other two payment

can any experts pls tell me what could be wrong here

all transactions have a fee of 50 sat/byte, while at this moment, a fee of 219 sat/byte is recommanded if you want a 95% of getting your tx in the next 3 blocks (about 30 min waiting time)

Possible sollutions can be found by following the links above. The easyest sollution for you would be to use the viabtc txaccelerator (link by following one of the 3 links above)

I would seriously advice you to upgrade your electrum to the latest available version and make sure use dynamic fees, have the option to edit your fees manually and ALWAYS propose replace-by-fee. This way, you can avoid having the same problems in the future.

Welcome to the world of higher transaction fees. Lot of transaction volume has built up in last few months, so people have to pay higher fees if they don't want their transaction to wait for confirmation for long time.

That is the correct board to post this thread in the first place as there you will get much better help from a lot of experienced users who only surf that part of the forum most of the time. You were lucky that mocacino answered you here. Anyway in Electrum latest version you have the slider called fees in the send screen and you can put it to the far right to make the transaction confirm faster. If you don't see the slider with fees, you are using an outdated version of electrum and you need to update to the latest version because the latest version have always a few different bugs of previous versions fixed.
