Really? I thought it would be automatic once the requirements were met. Are we supposed to just wait around until a mod notices we've qualified, or do we have to PM someone? |

Hmm if this is so it's new. It used to be (In december) the backend checked for newbies that ahve graduated every 10 minutes and all the ones seen were promoted. But the forum ahs had a lot of problems since then handleing traffic so they may have gooten rid of that command all together to save space/Ram

bad news for me, I have half a BC and am just trying to get a GDMP or PP transfer for it, used to this setup being an online poker player and regularly changing out poker $$ for regular currency

same here, I think by 4 hours they mean total spent time browsing, writing etc, doesn't work if you leave the window open...
