You can still buy HALLOween coin for 3 or 4 Satoshi. A lot of people don't know that there is a new developer working on the project. Price could easily double or triple. some of us that are new in this games find it difficult to know about pump and when it is dumb. For some days back I have been try to know how to do some research on low coins and get confused! If someone has loses life opportunity for the current pumb then I think you help explain to newbies how it works. |

If you are new then stick to the big alts like ETH, DASH and NEM. If you hold them for the long term you can be pretty confident to get a return.
Other reputable alts like Lisk and Decred have fallen a lot recently and look like good times to pick them up. PIVX is also very low compared to before but maybe it hasn't hit the bottom yet.

Marketcap is up to 53 billion now, gaining one or two billion in the last couple days, so maybe we are seeing bargains in those which have biggest dips. Hard to tell, but hard to resist making a little money from the swings that are happening. It doesn't feel very safe though.

Almost all of them were pumped and if BTC will continue to go up I don't see any reasons for altcoins growth. I'd think the opposite.. during the bubbles bitcoin and alts move together and crash together. In any case the reason for the alt to move would be tech that improves upon bitcoin's flaws. LTC with segwit is a step in the right direciton, but XEM is superior. There's all the assorted delegated proof of stake coins that all have a solid foundation but which ones will make it and which ones won't, hard to tell. https://blockchain.info/unconfirmed-transactions^^^^ That is why alts exist. Although LTC could handle the load of simple trading on an exchange, a good proof of stake coin, delegated proof of state, or proof of importance coin with high scalability is what will bring in interest from the financial industry, thus you have Japan's interest in XEM, Mijin, and Catapult, and it's billion dollar market cap despite getting paltry interest from big exchanges. |

Burst - rising now but still undervalued. Currently at 508 sat. Will easily go til at least 1k. It has low energy hdd mining which is unique.
XVG - great for short term. The dev is really active in the announcement thread. privacy focussed.
Sys - full launch on may 22. Easy 2x potential here.
Ark - Building a crypto eco system. Extremely undervalued. Big dev team.
