...that isn't out of stock everywhere. preferably for $1500 or less.
It is a common myth that Bitcoin is ruled by a majority of miners. This is not true. Bitcoin miners "vote" on the ordering of transactions, but that's all they do. They can't vote to change the network rules.

Well it depends on what coin that you want to mine? I really like the TB250 motherboard and as far as GPU it depends. If you want to mine ETH then go for the 4xx or 5xx cards and if you want to mine ZEC then the undisputed champ is the GTX 1070. That being said with your budget maybe RX470's might work just fine. I get about 26.7 MH/s per 470 on one of my rigs for ETH.

ASRock H81 PRO BTC R2.0 LGA 1150 Intel H81 HDMI SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX Motherboards - Intel

you may have to shop around for the motherboard and it won't cost the 50 bucks it cost me any more if you find one sadly ... I think MSI has a version out same board with there name and bios on it  ...about the  same price .

MSI version was update so it cost more now

four AMD 570/580 ...  they are cheaper then the AMD 470/480 now ....  on new egg i think Amazon.com and Ebay prices them about the same as a 570/580. so go for the better card which is the 500 series .

any 570/580 should work fine , they are more stable them the 470/480 and are a re brand of the 470/480 . and one or two of the 470/480 can be re flashed to a 500 series card and it actually makes the card more stable .
