Because you need to lay out how you are running it more clearly and making it so you can't cheat. Right now, it would be easy for you to take the money and say someone won. And no one would know it that person was you or not. Or even know how to verify the jackpot size. You could get 10 BTC but tell everyone you got 5 BTC for example. 

And seriously I mean this in the nicest way possible - you got to stop creating so many new threads each day. Just update some older ones!

Embarrassed I know but I don't know coding!!..ill lay off the threads
