Obviously not.  However the way the markets seem to work is on rumours of news e.g. big new partner for STR would double its price maybe..

Things like LTC Segwith is less important as it wasn't actually required for LTC, and thats why BTC went up in price instead.

Please give some advice for stellar!

Given Stellar founder is a fraud and no western financial institution will ever sign anything with them, i don't think so. I know he is smart, but doesn't matter. Character before competence. They have NO Future.

The entire banking industry knows about Jed, MtGox ,  Stolen Keys, Jed's XRP market dumping .. creating fake company to siphon funds to his girlfriend. ....  laundering money to his cousins account......  oh Man ! the story never ends...

i would not trust a dime in anything he is associated with, and neither will banking and industry.

How does that giveaway work actually? How do you prove you own a Bitcoin address? Can you claim multiple Bitcoin addresses?
Last time I got some Lumens from having some BTC on Kraken, didn't know I could claim more.

Stellar rises every time Ripple rises and also when there is non-negative news about Stellar like today. It has been 3k satoshi, sure it could be 10k satoshi. On condition Ripple first makes a jump higher. (20-30K satoshi+)

Of course it will even rise past bitcoin soon.
Hint.

See how they are refusing sanctioned countries from entering their giveaway.
Hint.
But it's OK if anyone from those countries buys and pays their money to buy stellar.
Hint.
Yup totally legit and decentralized.

People need to stop comparing Ripple, Stellar, ... to Bitcoin and its derivations... completely different purposes using similar technology. You know, Bitcoins aren't the only thing you can do with blockchains.

They give them away for brand recognition. Smart thing to do, who would have heard of them except everyone receiving out of the blue free Lumens a few years ago and seeing a new balance of some random coin on their account. And if it gets more recognition, it will get bought and pumped harder.
