If you are using Windows you need to patch the driver signature check when using a custom bios. Uninstall the drivers using DDU in safe mode:

https://www.guru3d.com/files-details/display-driver-uninstaller-download.html

Then reboot, reinstall the drivers and use the pixel patcher to patch the driver before rebooting:

https://www.monitortests.com/forum/Thread-AMD-ATI-Pixel-Clock-Patcher

To see if it's an issue with the motherboard, install the card in the primary PCI-E slot with a monitor or dummy plug attached and see if the card is detected. It could also be related to the PCI-E settings in the motherboard bios.

The probem isn't windows driver i think because motherboard doesn't detect the card, the only motheboard that detect it is asus crosshair v formula z but with no riser, if i connect with riser i have no signal on monitor.
this card was modded with 1500 straps but now i restore original bios but also with original my motherboards doesn't detect it  Huh

If you cannot make it work, it might worth a try:

You are right, it is really strange if it works in at least one motherboard.
Just to make it clear, if you put it in any other motherboard, it doesn't even start, right? You just have a black screen.

Then you can try to flash the card using bios from techpowerup database. Open it with bios editor and check the values. If the size is 256kb open it with atiwinflash then save.

what can i do?

Load it in atiwinflash then save and check if the size is changed to 512. Better don't flash with this 256kb only.

You can flash it at your own risk or leave it as it is. I'm not responsible for the consequences.
