a "bit low"? ummm try "extremely low" Your transaction: "Fee per byte 22.92 sat/B" whereas the current recommended removes are more than 10x what you used: The fastest and cheapest transaction fee is currently 280 satoshis/byte, shown in green at the top. The current best transaction fees 243 Satoshis/byte | 0.00243 BTC/KB Pay low fees, get low service...

I am not surprised why your transactions was not yet confirmed for more than 4 days from now. I thought the recommended fees was 110 sats/byte. Now it is 243 sats. Well I think it is because Bitcoin is having more and more transactions to be confirmed per day. It is because more and more people are engaging to Bitcoin. Hence, the fees we are paying will increase also if we don't want our transactions to be stuck in the Blockchain.

a "bit low"? ummm try "extremely low" Your transaction: "Fee per byte 22.92 sat/B" Blockchain.info already dropped it from mempool and with this fee I expect the others do the same. There's a good chance the transaction will be dropped or, if your wallet does that, rebroadcasted until the network will be less busy. https://btc.com/stats/unconfirmed-tx shows over 100MB mempool; the transaction would have been okay at some 10-15 MB mempool, I guess...

So all you have to do is wait a little more.

The problem seems to be that whomever sent you those coins, was using outputs from unconfirmed transactions... it is further complicated by the fact that a lot of nodes have dropped your transaction (and the ones before them)...
for instance, your transaction: 310fdc1c983ac895fa05dfaef0924c8f21b5ee0060955b01df1efbd2b548656a
is waiting on: b6fc1998eb10dddfa787680ae0293adbf9dc4d714e3dc84493b17384a3afa13d which is waiting on: 57f43f0570493a609572bcc44b985b910835013ac688826bb7978d3d54b50bd9
If you were receiving these coins as payment for something, I hope you have not sent any goods/products or provided any services. There is a chance you will not receive these coins as the transactions are likely to drop from the network and the coins will be effectively returned to the sender.

As now block unconfirmed on miner was high volume, so some suggesting use fee 0.0025 for fast collect on miner

Both of them has got low fees. 1st tx : Transaction size 437 bytes and you paid 102.7sat/byte while 2nd tx : Transaction size 258 bytes and with a fee of 105.116sat/byte. You could try viabtc's accelerator. It's only got 100 slots hourly so try to get in early. Blockchain.info's dynamic fees is one of the worst. Which is why, you either calculate your own fees or at least check the suggested fees from https://bitcoinfees.21.co/

I used 4 slots from ViaBTC Now I wait to confirm.I hope will work the viabtc service. Confirmed. Thanks very much to viabtc developers,we save me. For other members who have same problem,at the top of every hour try submit your txid on viabtc, not use many spots, submit 1 or two, more members need help .Submit in correct order is very important.

the ViaBTC Accelerator is not a magic tool that insta-confirms your transactions. It is just a way of prioritising your transaction into a block... that is mined by ViaBTC
So, until ViaBTC actually mine a block, your transactions probably won't confirm.
