I can't believe how ridiculous your fees are. If Bitcoin doesn't get its shit together it will be overtaken by some altcoin. Probably Etherem. So get your heads out of your asses. No other altcoin would get away with $.50 transaction fees. Get your shit together.

Long back itself the transaction fee has been under discussion as a major downfall for the bitcoin network. In reality this is not a big thing because it is the one that has got used for several necessity. Altcoin is used just for trading purpose, if this changes we can think of altcoins overcoming bitcoin.

Hey Ayiranorea, get your shit together.

I don't use Bitcoin because of fees. Your shit is everywhere. Nobody is going to use Bitcoin because of fees. I can't show people how to use Bitcoin because of fees. I can't send test ammounts because of fees. I can't make small purchases because of fees. I can't give people small test ammounts because of fees. Vendors are not going to accept Bitcoin because of fees.

Get all your shit together and tie it up in a nice bow. Just get it together.

Stop.

You know little about what you speak. Ethereum isn't a coin. It can't be used to buy pizza or coffee or beer. It's a intranet currency. It's spent only among those that buy Ethereum's version of a blockchain.

The reality is that bitcoin is the primary currency...perhaps it becomes a store of value and litecoin and others are the currency, but if bitcoin goes away all other cryptocurrencies will too. You know why? Because all other cryptocurrencies don't differ that much from bitcoin. Full stop.

I disagree  with you no other altcoins can overtake bitcoins even if transaction fees was  a little bit high the fact is bitcoin is the backbone no matter what  happens altcoin cannot surpass the current value  of bitcoins..even if take more years...

You're delusional ice18. Bitcoin is Facebook. Bitcoin is AOL. Nobody wants your shit. It's all over the place. Bitcoin is not magical. There is no enchantment keeping it safe from the forces of choice. $.50 transactions will not work. You are doped up on dopamine from the Bitcoin bubble we are having.

The fees are high when the price is high and it's low when price is also low.
I rather chose an decentralized crypto currency like Bitcoin rather than a centralized altcoin.
You dont have to necessarily pay those high fess it's just an option to make your transaction faster.
If this coin sucks why are u here then? Go away we dont need you here and creating nonsense post.

I'm here because I love you sadlife. Why can't you see that? But some love has to be tough. I'm kicking you out of the house and making you get a real job. Nobody cares about your $.50 transaction fees. No serious investor is going to buy your shit the way it is. They are going to buy Ethereum or probably Iconomi.

The design of Bitcoin is that it was never intended to be used for regular day to day stuff and that the fees would go high as mining rewards decreased.  So no, despite what some people seem to think, it was never designed for the masses. As for the current fees. I have no idea what the hell people are whining about. At a couple of the ATMs I have to use, it's $2.50 to get some money regardless of whether it's $20 or $400.

IF bitcoin gets LN, then things will change a bit but in reality, the "masses" will have to use an alt coin to buy their coffee. That's why Litecoin has implemented segwit and LN will be on it very soon (there has actually been a transaction already). They also seem to be trying to build some way to bridge between bitcoin and litecoin.

first things first, if you think bitcoin is shit, then go away! why the hell are you here. go and use whatever you want, nobody is forcing you to stay around and use bitcoin.
there is no gun to your head...

still here, i guessed as much.

if anything can replace bitcoin that would be Litecoin, if not Monero, if not even Dogecoin has a much better chance. these altcoins may not be perfect and they surely have a lot of problems but at the very least none of these are centralized like ethereum and also none of these have as many bugs and exploits as ethereum does. and also these coins have a better distribution, unlike ethereum which has 80% of its coins controlled by a few people

even if bitcoin fees were $2 people would still use it. No other altcoin would get away with even $.10 transaction fees.

Weak hands have been complaining about missing out ever since bitcoin was $1 and never buy the dip.

Well it's not that the btc will adjust just because people are whining about the transaction fees. Why not think of it as a challenge to earn more so that you won't really be bothered with those transaction fees. Because as far as we know it is better to have higher fees for the security and this issue was brought because of many transactions of btc everyday so quit whining earn try to earn more.

I think bitcoin is designed to be use as online currency primarily and it is not created for investment or trading purposes, but as the users of bitcoin in present time are too many so that they can use it everywhere as currency therefore most of the people are using it as for investment and trading purposes.

But in future we are hopeful that people will be using it not only as online currency but will also use it as fiat currency in local shops.

If you hate to pay $0.50 worth of BTC then stop sending low amount transaction. Bitcoin is very good for sending huge amount because of very low fee.

Sure, but theres also the delay, which creates FUD, so it is not very good.

I think there are so many other currencies that are too good than litecoin, but I do not think that any single currency can compete with bitcoin. I think bitcoin is the number one currency of the world and will remain as number for ever. May be litecoin also perform well and in future people like to invest here but still I will say that it cannot compete with bitcoin and hopefully will remain as number one currency of the world.
