Hire someone to semi-cloud mining hosting project

Hello, I'm seeking someone to do this small project :
The idea is I have hosted miners in somewhere  and I want to offer same service ( like resell some powers to my clients ) but without send them to my main hosting vps so if possible to make middle interface with login and dashboard at least let my client see the hourly income as my status in the hosted place updated hourly

Note: seem like cloud but without all that a crowd   details.
