Never had any dealings with this person so I presume he's spamming the forum looking for "donations"

A big gap in posting history between 2015 and 2017 so could be a hacked account.

It is indeed very likely that said account is hacked and that it is spamming a lot of forum users with requests for donations (look at the other trust ratings). I have left them a negative rating, and so should you.

You have to prove that you still own that account. Post a signed message from an address which was staked. The older the better.

I can do what ever it takes to prove that i am innocent and never asked anyone for loan or left any negative feedback in last 24 hrs
unfortunately I have not staked any btc addresses here
May be the mod/admin can check my IP address and also check the IP address changes and matches with any other user and map it with other accounts that shared the IP address when my account is hacked

I'm going to say no to the Teamviewer idea. You need to get one of those escrows to confirm 1 of the addresses that you've used with them and then you need to sign a message (dated with the current time) with said address.
