香港教育局长吴克俭早前因为出席商会庆回归活动，缺席立法会BCA（即改良版TSA）公听会部分环节，引发批评。吴克俭昨日（11日）在港立法会会议就事件解释，指当日公听会的时间被延长，而他已经编排其他活动，称出席商会活动可以“加强生涯规划教育”，帮助学生接触同了解商会，增加对行业嘅认识，强调时间是用得其所。
据明报报道，香港立法会今日继续审议《财政预算案》，在教育等范畴的修正案发言环节，多名民主派议员要求减少推行BCA开支，同削减吴克俭的薪金。
据报道，教育界叶建源批评，BCA无具体证据，证明对提高教学水平有明显帮助，希望政府“临崖勒马”，不好再迫学校做BCA。民建联张国钧就认为，即使取消BCA，都杜绝不了操练文化，社会应该从更宏观角度检视制度，令学童毋须再承受太多功课。

Bitcoin mining is now a specialized and very risky industry, just like gold mining. Amateur miners are unlikely to make much money, and may even lose money. Bitcoin is much more than just mining, though!
