5月10日，湖南省郴州市检察院以涉嫌重大责任事故罪，对苏仙区王仙岭景区“4·3”重大翻车事故五名责任人批准逮捕。
据检察日报报道，2017年4月3日17时20分许，湖南省郴州市苏仙区王仙岭景区发生一起翻车事故。一辆车牌号为湘LFJ866的轻型普通货车违法搭载32名施工人员行驶至王仙岭街道上白水社区地段时，车辆失控冲破左侧护栏，翻坠于落差高约4米的下行路面上，造成13人死亡，18人受伤。
经审查认定，该事故的发生是由于驾驶员何俊严重违反安全操作规范，驾驶施工货车违法载人，以及景区绿化施工单位湖南省雄大西南建筑园林有限公司段雄志、李志海、刘小军、刘福军等未落实安全生产责任，对施工货车违法载人管理不力共同造成的。案件正在进一步侦办中。

Each block is stacked on top of the previous one. Adding another block to the top makes all lower blocks more difficult to remove: there is more "weight" above each block. A transaction in a block 6 blocks deep (6 confirmations) will be very difficult to remove.
