中新网5月12日电 据外媒报道，美国军方官员称，本周早些时候，俄罗斯一架战机在黑海上空与美国海军侦察机“擦肩而过”。

据报道，美国海军发言人称，5月9日，俄罗斯一架“苏-27”战机与美国海军一架P-8A“海神”侦察机在黑海上空相遇，两机接近时相距约20英尺(约合6米)。美国海军表示，事发时，美军飞机正在黑海上空国际空域执行既定任务。
该发言人还称，美方指挥官认为两机间的互动“安全且专业”。
美国海军方面还称，美国海军飞机和舰船经常会在国际水域与俄飞机和舰船进行互动，这些互动大部分都是安全且专业的。
