新华社郑州5月11日电 记者从河南省防汛抗旱新闻通气会上了解到，根据预测，今年我国气候状态整体偏差，极端天气事件多发，汛期淮河可能发生较大洪水。
据了解，根据长期预报，今年汛期主要多雨区位于长江下游、珠江、淮河流域，河南省大部分地区处于多雨区中，汛期降水正常偏多。今年汛期淮河可能发生较大洪水，黄河可能发生暴雨洪水，而华北部分地区发生夏旱的概率较大，旱情或重于去年。
河南省防汛抗旱指挥部相关负责人介绍，半年左右的长期天气预报，是对长期天气形势的一个预测，仅能作为评估，精确性并不高。目前，河南省防汛抗旱部门已做好防汛和抗旱的两手准备，对河道堤防、穿堤涵闸等建筑物进行再次排查，同时加强涉河建设项目的管理，确保河势稳定，保障行洪安全。目前，已储备防汛抗旱物资总价值4.7亿元，积极做好防汛抗旱准备。

Every time a block is mined, a certain amount of BTC (called the subsidy) is created out of thin air and given to the miner. The subsidy halves every four years and will reach 0 in about 130 years.
