I accidently sent some namecoins with 0 fee.

https://bchain.info/NMC/tx/1225a98975d682ff5efcbf78ec219fc390147f6cbd0ad2692553d3a43cb14649

Can anything be done to move it?

As far as I know, you are not able to remove the transaction once it has been send. If it is not confirmed yet, you can try a double spending attack, so the transaction will become invald. Search on google, it is your best friend in such cases.

people rarely even check the announcement topic of an altcoin, now you are asking a completely technical question! the chances of getting an answer here are very small.
go find their announcement topic and ask their or ask the started in a PM.
or go find their source code and look through it to see how much they set it to.

for bitcoin it is 72 hours and it is not a guarantee. if this coin has copied anything from BTC, it may be 72 hours too.

--signature space for rent; sent PM--
