That doesn't have to be Charlie Lee though. Any escrow on that platform would be fine, they all do the same work at the end.

The escrow issue is secondary in any business, you need to established the confidence of the buyer buy convincing them that you shall still be around to solve any form of problem they encounter while using the $100,000 in the account because that is a whole lot of money.

That doesn't makes any sense. 

Confidence already created when I said, I will use an escrow platform. The niche, spesific customer group who might be interested with this offer, already knows the risks. They are aware of it.

If you would use AWS or Google Cloud, you would know that $100K credit packages is only provided to Startups.

Well, the problem with your question is "the guilt".

$100K account has no extra protection. If you are paranoid about the protection of your investment, you can use VPN and enter the account from the same location that account got created. That is the only security measure you can take.

There is no extra thing you should do because account is ready-to-use.
