What is a microlottery?

Essentially it's a traditional style lottery with a small number of available tickets.  Anyone can start one and there is no limit to the number of tickets you can buy.  Once all tickets have been purchased the lotto is immediately drawn and the winner is paid out.  Microlotteries are fast paced and exciting!

Very strange?  I do not notice any downtime on my monitoring software.  Are you still getting the error?

Disabled the free 10 MNC a little early as a few people couldn't help themselves and made dozens of accounts to siphon the coins away.  I will be switching to a referral system soon.  Stay tuned.
